Outstanding Front Axle Protection. Protect your Gladiator JT’s front axle and boost its off-road capabilities with the Teraflex Dana 30 AdvanTEK M186 Front HD Differential Cover Kit. This kit’s included differential cover is engineered to provide your front Dana 30 with outstanding protection thanks to its enhanced cast iron construction. In doing so, this differential cover allows you to engage in more aggressive off-roading with confidence. What’s more, this cover is equipped with a wide diameter sight plug and a smaller oil fill plug. These plugs are designed to allow efficient transmission oil change while driving off-road.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This front differential cover gets its durability from high-quality ductile iron construction. Furthermore, the iron undergoes an advanced precision-casting process producing an extremely strong 0.375-inch thick differential cover that offers an exact fit. Lastly, this component is treated to a wear-resistant black powder coat finish, ensuring excellent protection against rust and corrosion.
Uncomplicated Install Procedure. Installing this differential cover is a fairly uncomplicated process that’s accomplished without any extra drilling or other modifications. Specifically, this differential cover is designed to replace your factory counterpart directly. You will, however, need to apply silicone sealant as the factory gasket is not compatible with your new cover.
