Tailored Damping Performance. If you’re looking to give your 2 to 3-inch lifted Gladiator damping performance that’s tailored for any terrain, these Teraflex Falcon SP2 3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks for a 2 to 3-Inch Lift just what you need. These front and rear shocks employ a monotube style with a piggyback reservoir. This design delivers a faster damping response and more accurate handling feel that’s less likely to fade even through repetitive shock cycles. More importantly, these shocks are equipped with specialized Fast Adjust knobs that feature three “macro”, and eight “micro” shock settings. This technology allows you to adjust the shocks’ damping response, ensuring your ride gets the right level of performance for the road or trail you’re on.
Unique Mode Adjust Technology. These shocks also feature SP2 Mode Adjust technology to complement their Fast Adjust knobs. This unique technology enables you to adjust the ride quality from soft to performance simply by twisting the piston shafts at full extension. When twisting the shafts counter-clockwise you get a soft ride quality almost like stock; twist them clockwise and you get a stiffer performance-style ride. Moreover, this Mode Adjust technology won’t affect the Fast Adjust settings, essentially giving you more fine-tuning options so you truly get the damping performance you want.
Sturdy Build Quality. These dampers utilize shock bodies machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, providing exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and more effective heat dissipation. The piston shafts are likewise precision-crafted from chrome-hardened steel for maximum strength no matter the terrain. These shocks also come with metal roost guards, offering the rear piston shafts extra protection against kicked-up debris. Lastly, the shocks get a gray anodized finish for optimum corrosion protection and rugged good looks.
Simple Install Procedure. Installing these shocks is a relatively simple process as these mount into factory locations without the need for drilling or welding. You may need to cut out a portion of your fender liners to achieve a proper fit. Also, installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
