Maximized Travel for Effective Off-Roading. Maximize your newly installed extended-travel shocks with the Teraflex Extended-Travel Shock Accessory Kit. Your factory rear brake lines are not long enough to accommodate the suspension travel when installing extended-travel shocks. This shock accessory kit is designed to replace your brake lines, breather hose, and ABS harness with counterparts that allow for up to 16 inches of rear suspension travel. In doing so, this kit enables you to take full advantage of your extended-travel shocks for all your off-road adventures.
Durable Build Quality. This extended-travel shock accessory kit’s included brake lines are made from premium stainless steel in a braided configuration making them extremely resistant to damage when out on the trails. The included breather hose for its part is made from a specialized blend of nitrile rubber and PVC, offering outstanding resistance to deterioration and wear. Finally, the ABS harness extensions are molded from durable automotive-grade plastic making it tough enough to take on the rigors of regular off-roading.
Trouble-Free Install Procedure. The brake lines, breather hose, and ABS harness extensions included in this shock accessory kit are designed to install into factory locations in your Gladiator’s rear axle area. No additional drilling or other modifications are necessary. That being said, you will need to bleed your brakes in order to install the brake lines. You may also need an OBD scan tool to bleed the ABS system in certain applications.
