Description
Give Your Jeep a Smoother Ride. Once these Falcon Series 2.1 Monotube Shocks are installed, you're sure to experience a more stable and comfortable ride. The single tube design incorporates an oil and gas separator. Along with the use of synthetic shock oil, this design helps reduce shock fade and leads to more consistent shock cycling. These features make the shocks well suited for trail use and regular drives.
Strengthened to Withstand the Elements. For the main shock tube, Teraflex used oversized 2.25-inch 6061 aluminum that has been hard anodized to increase its strength, corrosion resistance, and heat dissipation. This helps it maintain a high-level of performance even during long drives through the roughest of terrains. Meanwhile, the rear shock is strategically placed to help avoid contact with hard obstacles. Specifically, the rear lower mount is placed closer to the tire, creating a more slanted angle. This reduces the chance of damaging your shocks against rocks and other hazards.
