All parts start with a custom jig from laser-cut materials, TIG welding, and meticulous quality control. All grilles undergo a multi-stage process that includes sandblasting, cleaning for contaminant removal, and epoxy premier base-coat application.

Easy Installation. This Jeep Gladiator Torch Series Grille is relatively easy to install. The process only requires basic hand tools. However, installing the lights can be dangerous since they only operate at high currents. Make sure to install the lights on a fused circuit, maximum 5A for every 10 inches of LED Light Bar. As for the grille, it’s a one-piece installation that requires disassembling the existing one and replacing it with the new piece.

3-Year Warranty. The Jeep Gladiator Torch Series Grille with Chrome Studs and LED Lights comes with a 3-year warranty period that starts at the time of the sale. This is a limited warranty that doesn’t cover abuse or improper installation.

Application. The grille is built for Jeep Gladiator vehicles built between 2020-2023. Note that the torch doesn’t fit the Jeep Gladiator Mojave 2021.

Installation Difficulty. The installation process requires light to moderate mechanical skills. The average installation time takes less than one hour.
