Description
Exceeds Factory Ball Joint Performance. Your Jeep Wrangler JK's differential will not be able to function properly with damaged ball joints. The Synergy Heavy Duty Front Ball Joints are designed to replace the factory units in your Jeep. Made from heavy-duty materials, these ball joints are sure to last longer even when you have lifted vehicle and using large off-road tires. The kit comes with both upper and lower ball joints which you can use to rebuild your Jeep's differential. These are designed to fit both Dana 30 and Dana 44 front differentials.
Heavy-Duty Quality. These ball joints from Synergy are designed to outperform factory assemblies and manufactured from heavy-duty materials. The joints feature a fully-greaseable metal on metal design. Meanwhile, he machined bearing housing are made from sintered graphite, bronze, and 1045 steel for a strong and smooth bearing surface. The ball joint stud is made from 4140 steel with induction heat-treated surface for maximum life and reliable function. As for the ball joint boot, this is made from tear and wear-resistant silicone polyurethane for longevity.
Straightforward Installation. Like every OEM replacement differential components, these Front Ball Joints feature a direct-fit design. Thus, the installation process is straightforward and will not require body modifications. An installation manual comes with the kit and will guide you through the step-by-step process. The Synergy High Performance Grease (4119), which is sold separately, is the recommended grease for this product.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. The Heavy Duty Front Ball Joints comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Synergy extends this warranty only to the original purchaser. Warranty claims will be reviewed and any product with signs of damage caused by wrong installation or modification will not be covered.
Application. These Synergy Heavy Duty Front Ball Joints are specifically designed to fit all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.
