The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with FOX IFP Stabilizer is a robust, direct bolt-on replacement steering system engineered for enhanced control and durability. It maintains stock Y-style steering geometry to reduce bump steer and helps prevent death wobble, accommodating lifted vehicles for improved steering stability. The kit offers adjustable components for easy alignment and maintenance without disassembly.
Construction and Appearance. Built with high-strength materials, the kit features a 1-3/8" 4130 chromoly steel tie rod that is heat treated for maximum strength and a 1-3/8" 1018 solid bar drag link designed to resist deflection. All components have an abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for superior durability and corrosion resistance. The steering stabilizer clamp is CNC extruded and machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish for added corrosion protection.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a 100% bolt-on design requiring no reaming or drilling of the steering knuckles. Basic hand tools are sufficient, making the upgrade accessible for experienced automotive enthusiasts.
