      Description

      Improves Off-Road Performance. These Synergy Heavy-Duty Upper and Lower Ball Joints; Knurled are excellent replacements for your Jeep’s factory ball joints. They are suitable for your Jeep with a lifted height and larger tires to improve off-road performance and eliminate steering wander and play. They feature a greaseable metal-on-metal design for prolonged life.

      Premium, Extra-Tough Construction. These upper and lower ball joints have a 1045 high-carbon alloy steel housing for a robust and smoother bearing surface. They also have a ball joint stud with induction heat-treated 4140 Chromoly steel construction for maximum strength and stability. Furthermore, they feature industrial-grade black nitro-butyl rubber (NBR) dust boots and sintered graphite and oil-impregnated bronze bearing race for extra durability and long-lasting performance.

      Professional Installation Recommended. Given the complexity of the task, it’s highly recommended to contact a qualified mechanic to install these upper and lower ball joints onto your Jeep. The procedure may take about 4 to 6 hours to complete.

      Technical Note. When it’s time to grease these ball joints, it’s recommended to use Synergy’s High-Performance Grease (sold separately). These ball joints also require a short break-in period before the steering will be smooth and tight.
