Fix the Sag. There's nothing like a well-kept YJ. The tires are fresh, the trim is black, the paint has chips, but it's there, and the suspension is doing its job. That is until you step back and realize the YJ is sagging to one side. The good news is that it's not a tweaked frame like your know-it-all buddy suggests. It's just a tired leaf spring. All you need to do is loosen a few nuts, pop in a bushing, slide this bad boy in place, and your Wrangler is a total stunner again.
Put the Tires Back in the Fight. Ok, you're not trying to keep the YJ Wrangler showroom fresh just for the looks. That's not exactly a part of what Wranglers are all about. Tired, saggy leaf springs will harm performance, though. Aside from poor ride quality, they may fail to force the tires down hard enough to give any kind of bite on tough obstacles. These stock replacement springs are a surefire way to keep that YJ climbing up and over anything.
Keep that Classic Rolling. We're going to beat that drum one more time. You need to keep your classic YJ Wrangler in shape. If you're not ready to roll up your sleeves and replace worn-out parts from time to time, it won't be long until you watch the tow truck take it to its final place of rest. They aren't that hard to work on, thankfully. A short Saturday morning installing these leaf springs is all it takes to seal the deal on another few decades of enjoyment.
Fitment. Fits 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ
