The Steer Smarts YETI XD Pro Series Aluminum Tie Rod Assembly is engineered for Jeep Gladiator JT models equipped with the Dynatrac ProRock XD60 72.50-inch wide axle. This assembly enhances steering strength and durability, making it ideal for off-road enthusiasts and professionals seeking reliable performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a 1-3/4-inch diameter solid 7075-T6 aluminum adjuster sleeve, the tie rod offers maximum strength while minimizing weight. The assembly features 30mm 2-1/2-ton ball joints made from cold-headed medium carbon alloy steel, induction heat-treated for superior fatigue strength. Steel-on-steel bearings and high-quality, fully greaseable seals ensure long-lasting performance. The tie rod ends are powder-coated over an E-coat base, with e-coated external threads for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no modifications or drilling. The tie rod is a direct bolt-on replacement, designed for proper clearance with other chassis components. Adjuster clamps should be torqued to 80–85 foot-pounds and oriented to avoid interference, typically facing forward or downward.
