These coil springs are constructed from high tensile chrome silicon wire and undergo an advanced shot peening process that compresses the steel surface, enhancing tensile strength and durability. The presetting process compresses the spring to solid height prior to use to eliminate sagging. Finished with a durable, corrosion-resistant powder-coated black finish, they combine functionality with long-lasting wear resistance. The ends are closed and ground flat to ensure even load distribution.
