More Tire Clearance. With Poison Spyder 3 in. Front DeFender XC Tapered Fender Flares - Bare Steel, your Wrangler TJ gets gigantic tire clearance to accommodate beefier tires without needing a big lift. The XC stands for eXtreme Clearance, with a 3 in. higher design than standard DeFenders. This means you can put on tires up to 37 in. without overhauling the suspension (or 40 in. tires with a bit of a lift). They keep a low center of gravity too, improving performance while looking better than those outdated tube ones with a sleek flare design. What's more, your engine compartment now has added splash protection.
Brake-Formed Steel. Poison Spyder's Front Fender Flares are CNC laser cut from brake-formed heavy-duty 3/16 in-thick steel plate. This makes for a stronger and more functional fender than old-school tube fenders.
Bare Finish. This pair of front driver and passenger side Flare Fenders are bare steel. This means you have the control over what color to paint them and whether to add a powder coat finish, giving them a truly custom look.
Easy Installation. Poison Spyder makes these XC Bare Steel Fender Flares with access holes to make the installation easier and faster. There's no need to take off the stock inner fenders either.
Includes a Warranty. Poison Spyder is so confident in this DeFender XC Tapered Pair that they come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. For details on the protection against material and workmanship defects, please read the manufacturer's warranty on their website.
