Steel Construction. Overland Vehicle Systems manufactures their Receiver Hitch Recovery Shackle from steel for superior strength and rigidity. The casting is drilled and tapped to accept a threaded lock pin. Overland Vehicle Systems then completes their Recovery Shackles in a durable, two-stage powder coat finish for impressive good looks and long lasting corrosion resistance. This Receiver Hitch Recovery Shackle features a 9,500 lbs (4.75 Ton) load rating.
Simple Installation. This Overland Vehicle Systems 2-Inch Receiver Hitch Recovery Shackle will work with any standard 2-inch hitch receiver, making its installation just a matter of inserting it into your receiver and securing with a locking pin. This also means you can easily remove it just as quickly for easy storage.
