Constructed from heavy gauge bent steel tubing (2.5-inch outer diameter) with precise CNC tube bending and welding, this hoop features a durable dual coat finish including a zinc-rich primer and textured black powder coat, providing both corrosion resistance and a rugged appearance that complements off-road vehicles.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require removal of the factory bumper or any drilling or cutting, ensuring a 100% bolt-on setup with an estimated installation time of approximately 30 minutes and a low difficulty level suitable for most Jeep enthusiasts.
