Description

Wrangler-Compatible. This handle is designed to precisely fit TJ Wranglers. It means you can expect a perfect fit without gaps and loose areas.
Great Quality. The Jeep Wrangler Tailgate Handle is made of high-grade metal to provide longevity and durability. It features a black glossy powder coating for additional scratch and corrosion resistance. This handle won’t easily flake, fade, or chip, even after heavy use.
Easy Installation. The replacement Wrangler handle allows for quick installation. You only need to remove the old tailgate handle, then position the replacement one, ensuring all the bolt holes align with the tailgate. There are about 10 star-bit screws to hold the mechanism and panel in place. Thread all the screws before tightening them to avoid poor fitting.
Application. The Jeep Wrangler Tailgate Handle is designed for all TJ models manufactured from 1997-2006.
Technical Note. Keep the soft window rolled up or open the rear window. Doing that helps you open the tailgate when you remove the old handle. Also, the handle has a plastic clip which might be brittle. Be careful when taking it off to avoid damages.
Installation Difficulty. This is a simple installation anyone can do from their home garage. The whole process shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. And there’s no need for additional drilling or any alterations to the part.
