This heat-treated product is made of high-quality materials and works great with the Dana 30 axle. It allows you to increase the torque and power to improve your experience on uneven terrain.

      Forged 8620 Steel Construction. This ring and pinion gear kit is constructed of forged 8620 steel, offering premium strength and resistance to impact. You also get a robust finish that combats corrosion to extend the lifespan of your axle. On top of that, the unit has been heat-treated for extra strength, wear resistance, and hardness.

      Advanced Installation. Installing this ring and pinion gear kit requires advanced mechanical expertise and many specialized tools. You should only install the product on your own if you’re experienced and confident with heavy-duty equipment. Otherwise, you might want to consider hiring a mechanic.

      12-Month Limited Warranty. This ring and pinion gear set is protected with a 12-month limited warranty that covers structural defects. The product can be replaced if it breaks down prematurely, but any damage caused by improper shipping or installation voids your warranty.

      Application. Most 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models are compatible with this ring and pinion gear kit. The most notable exclusion is the Rubicon model, but please contact customer service for more information.

      Technical Note. This kit includes a ring and pinion. It doesn’t come with ring gear bolts and a pinion nut.

      Installation Difficulty. This ring and pinion gear kit is challenging to install. The process generally takes about 3-4 hours.
