      Tailgate Blade Reinforcement and Style. This extrusion kit reinforces the edges of your tailgate blades, preventing bending or warping under load while adding a sleek, custom look. The precision-cut aluminum sections align exactly with Putco’s eighteen-inch blades, wrapping around their profile to provide extra rigidity. Black powder coating ensures the extrusions complement any vehicle finish and resist scratches during loading and unloading.

      Rugged, Long-Lasting Construction. Crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with a textured black powder coat, these extrusions withstand road debris, salt spray, and UV exposure without chipping or fading. The included stainless-steel clips secure firmly to the blade edges, preventing rattles and ensuring the extrusions stay flush even on rough terrain.

      Installation. Snap the extrusions onto existing tailgate blades, align clips to mounting holes, and tighten provided fasteners by hand.
