The Vapor Block Fuel Line Sleeve; 0.375-Inch x 36-Inch is designed to prevent vapor lock by significantly reducing heat transfer to fuel lines and keeping fuel temperature below boiling. It is applied by wrapping around fuel lines or other cables to prevent heat-related issues such as rough idling and difficult starts, ensuring smoother engine performance.

Construction and Appearance. This sleeve is constructed from glass fiber and polyester laminated with an aluminum outer layer, providing durable and long-lasting thermal protection. The material features a split design with a self-adhesive flap, allowing for a secure wrap around lines without compromising flexibility or fitment.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require disconnecting the fuel line or drilling any holes. Simply wrap the sleeve around the line, peel off the adhesive liner, and press the flap into place for a firm attachment.

Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required to achieve optimal fit. It is not suitable for direct application on exhaust components.
