Designed for heavy-duty towing, this pintle hook firmly holds the lunette ring to minimize noise and movement, ensuring a stable connection between vehicle and trailer.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from austempered cast iron for enhanced strength and wear resistance, this hook features a rugged battleship grey powder coat finish to withstand harsh environments. Bright zinc-plated hardware provides additional corrosion protection to maintain durability.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires only one tool for quick height adjustments via the slotted plate mount—no disassembly or drilling needed. Note that the SecureLatch pintle mount and mounting bolts are sold separately.
Warranty. This pintle hook is backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering one year for finish and one year for parts.
