The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan effectively reduces engine bay temperatures by insulating exhaust components in demanding conditions like offroading and powersports. It is designed to withstand exposure to water, dirt, and high abrasion environments where traditional wraps fail, making it essential for extreme thermal management.

CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Constructed with a dual-layer design, this wrap combines a high-temperature fiberglass inner layer with an outer 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This construction not only enhances durability and abrasion resistance but also creates an insulating air gap that prevents direct contact with heat sources. The tan finish offers a rugged and functional appearance suitable for harsh environments.

INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward thanks to the narrow 1.5-inch width that fits tightly around headers and exhaust pipes without the need for modifications or drilling. The stainless steel exoskeleton locks tightly when overlapped, simplifying the wrapping process and ensuring a secure fit for long-term use.

APPLICATION. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required. Not suitable for wrapping titanium exhaust systems due to heat retention risks that may cause premature cracking. Wrapping catalytic converters is also not recommended to avoid overheating and reduced lifespan.
