      Description

      Advanced Interior Protection. The ATAC Advanced Thermal Acoustic Coating; 1 Gallon is engineered to significantly reduce heat and noise within automotive interiors. It transforms vehicle cabins into more comfortable environments by reflecting high temperatures and dampening vibrations that cause sound disturbances. This easy-to-use coating supports spray, brush, and roll applications, simplifying installation while maintaining performance.

      Construction and Appearance. The formula features a water-based composition with innovative ceramic micro-sphere technology providing thermal reflection up to 375°F and sound attenuation. It is non-toxic, water-soluble for easy cleanup, and dries to a protective finish suitable for unfinished steel or aluminum automotive interior surfaces. The coating covers approximately 75 square feet per gallon.

      Installation. Application is straightforward and can be performed using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers. Surfaces must be clean and free from oil, grease, wax, and contaminants, with rust removed or treated prior to application. Apply a uniform wet coat 12–16 mils thick, allowing 12 hours between coats. Cure for 24 hours at 70°F before covering. Stir before use without over-stirring or shaking. Clean up with hot water and soap. Use adequate ventilation during application.

      Fitment and Application. This coating is designed exclusively for interior automotive use on unfinished steel or aluminum surfaces. It is not suitable for exterior parts, plastics, engine bays, or any components exposed to submersion or extreme environmental conditions.
