      Description

      High-Performance Exhaust Headers. The JBA 1-3/4-Inch Shorty Headers in silver ceramic are engineered to improve exhaust flow efficiency and increase engine power by replacing restrictive stock manifolds. Designed specifically for the 5.6L Titan XD, these headers optimize torque and horsepower output for both daily driving and demanding applications.

      Durable Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent stainless steel, these headers feature thick machined flanges and oversized exhaust ports for precise fitment and long-lasting durability. The metallic ceramic coating provides a sleek grey semi-gloss finish that resists corrosion and helps dissipate heat, enhancing both longevity and performance.

      Installation. Installation requires welding the catalytic converter to the header and is considered moderate in difficulty. Necessary hardware and gaskets are included to ensure a professional, leak-free assembly.

      Warranty. These headers come with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Designed exclusively for 2016-2022 5.6L Titan XD models, fitment requires welding the catalytic converter to the header for proper installation.
