Description

The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Force Center/Center Race Muffler with 3-Inch Inlet and 3-Inch Outlet is engineered to offer excellent power characteristics along with significant noise reduction. It is perfect for racing applications that require mufflers with a notable reduction in decibels compared to open headers, producing an aggressive sound profile.
_x000D_Construction and Appearance. This muffler features a durable, fully welded two-chamber design constructed from 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, coated with a high-temperature black paint finish. It utilizes race-proven Delta Flow technology and contains no internal packing to blow out, ensuring consistent long-term performance.
_x000D_Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections designed for clamp-on or weld-on attachment. Some adaptation may be necessary, as the muffler uses new hangers that are not included.
