Delta Flow Chambered Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Dual Out Oval Muffler features a 2.50-inch inlet and 2.25-inch dual outlets, delivering an aggressive sound with improved exhaust scavenging for enhanced performance. Designed for street, strip, and off-road use, it provides a balanced tone with reduced interior resonance and a milder exterior tone compared to the standard 40 Series, making it an excellent choice for muscle cars, street rods, and trucks.

Construction and Appearance. Built from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is fully MIG welded for superior strength and longevity. It is finished with a high-temperature black paint that resists corrosion and maintains its appearance over time.

Installation. The muffler installs easily with slip-fit inlet and outlet connections and is compatible with clamp-on or weld-on installation methods. New hangers are required but not included, and some adaptation may be necessary for universal fitment.

Warranty. This product includes a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.

Application. Suitable for a broad range of 4 and 6 cylinder engines across vehicle types such as classic and late model muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks or SUVs. Some adaptation may be required for universal fitment.
