Provide your Gladiator JT with a maximum off-road performance that doesn’t compromise ride quality and handling with the Fabtech 5-Inch Crawler Coil-Over Suspension Lift Kit with Dirt Logic Non-Reservoir Shocks. This suspension lift kit offers an impressive 5 inches of overall lift, enabling you to glide over just about any off-road obstacles with confidence. This kit also includes components engineered to maintain near-factory handling and ride comfort so you don’t lose daily drivability.
Front Dirt Logic 2.5 Coil-Over Reservoir Shocks. This kit increases the front height with a pair of Dirt Logic 2.5 coilover reservoir shocks. These front shocks feature a pair of dual-rate springs designed to provide excellent support and more responsive ride quality. The shocks themselves feature a nitrogen gas-charged monotube design with an aluminum remote reservoir. This design provides immediate damping performance on the trails and a firm but no less comfortable ride on the highway. Moreover, these shocks feature 2.50-inch wide stainless steel shock bodies with 0.875-inch NitroSteel piston rods for exceptional durability.
Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 Non-Reservoir Shocks. To ensure your exceptional overall handling, this kit also includes a pair of Rear Dirt Logic 2.25 reservoir shocks. Like the front coilovers, these shocks feature a nitrogen-charged monotube design with aluminum reservoirs, ensuring these are less prone to overheating and cavitation. These rear shocks also feature stainless steel shock bodies measuring 2.25 inches in diameter and 0.875-inch NitroSteel piston rods. These factors make these shocks more than capable of withstanding the stresses of the open trails.
Heavy-Duty Rear Corner Specific Dual Rate Coil Springs. Rear lift is provided by a pair of corner-specific dual-rate coil springs. These springs’ dual-rate design work in conjunction with the rear shocks to provide your vehicle with a smooth ride. Additionally, these components are made from high-grade spring steel and powder coated in black for maximum protection against corrosion.
High-Strength Steel Front and Rear Upper and Lower Control Arms. To keep your steering geometry at proper levels, this lift kit includes a set of front and rear upper and lower control arms. These control arms are made from high-grade tubular steel with an outer diameter of 2 inches and 0.313-inch thick walls. This construction offers optimal rigidity and exceptional performance. These control arms also feature an adjustable design, enabling you to fine-tune your steering to your needs.
Sturdy Steel Link Arm Crossmember. This suspension lift kit includes a dual-purpose crossmember. This component is designed to span your Gladiator’s entire frame rail and works to reinforce this area. At the same time, it also offers a convenient mounting area for the front control arms. Moreover, this crossmember is machine-formed from high-grade steel and protected with a corrosion-resistant powder coating.
Professional Installation Recommended. Installing this suspension lift kit will require some welding, as well as a complete set of mechanic’s tools and advanced mechanical knowledge and skills. If you’re not familiar with welding procedures, the installation by a professional is recommended.
