      Description

      High-performance hitch skid. The DV8 Offroad Xtract Hitch Skid Plate in raw finish is engineered to protect your vehicle’s hitch from damage during off-road use while providing a rugged and reliable recovery point. It mounts directly to a standard 2” hitch receiver, creating a durable barrier against rocks and trail hazards and supporting recovery operations with confidence.

      Construction and appearance. Crafted from 6061-T6 billet aluminum in a single-piece design, this skid plate provides exceptional strength and durability. The raw finish offers a rugged, functional look, and users can upgrade or replace the skid pad with Delrin or aluminum options for enhanced abrasion resistance and extended lifespan.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires no drilling, mounting directly using the existing ?” hitch pin (not included). The process is user-friendly and suitable for most enthusiasts using basic hand tools.

      Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials from the purchase date.

      Application. Designed to fit most 2” hitch receivers with a ?” pin, it will not fit 2.5” hitch receivers even when using reducers. Certain OEM hitch designs, including the 2016-2023 Tacoma with underside gussets, may interfere with proper fitment.
