Description
The Ultimate Upgrade for your Jeep. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way of adding some extra lift to your Jeep, this Daystar Leaf Spring Shackle Kit is the ideal upgrade. Included with this kit are two rear leaf spring shackles, offering an added 1.5 Inch lift in the rear. The additional ride height provides several benefits, one of which is extra ground clearance when you’re off-roading, and the second is the ability to clear larger wheels and tires in the back.
Quality Construction. The shackles are built from heavy duty 3/8 Inch steel plate, giving them incredibly rigidity and structural integrity. Offered as a direct OEM-replacement, these shackles use the same mounting points as the stock shackles while giving you better performance and factory levels of drivability. They’ve also got zinc plated finish to ensure they never rust or corrode. Last but not least, it’s worth mentioning that these shackles have been TIG welded to ensure there are no weak spots for the shackles to break.
Installation. This kit comes with installation instructions included. Although the installation itself is not difficult and only requires simple hand tools, it’s a job best left to a professional unless you’ve got semi-decent DIY skills and some mechanical know-how.

Application. This Daystar 1.5 Inch Leaf Spring Shackle Kit is engineered to fit 1976-1986 Jeep CJ5 and CJ7 models. The kit does NOT include bushings and is non-greasable.
