Description

This Valve Spring Lock is a part that is seldom thought of but critical to making your Jeep run smoothly and Manufacturer has it in stock.
Quality Material. Internal engine parts take a beating and thus they need to be made of the best materials so that they will provide miles and miles of trouble free service. This Valve Spring Lock is hardened steel so that it can endure the pressures put on it by your valve springs. If your valve spring travel is not locked in place you will not get the proper air/fuel mixture or you will not properly exhaust the spent gasses and your performance will suffer. This part will take the beating and keep you and your Jeep on the road.
Installation Issues. While this can be considered by some as a straight forward installation the fact is that it is involved and requires partial disassembly of your engine. You must have the proper tools and feel comfortable working on engines. If you do not have the tools and are not comfortable it is recommended that you take this part to a certified mechanic and have them perform the installation/repair. Please note that this part is sold individually but 2 are required per valve.
