      Construction and Appearance. Made from sturdy 14 and 11 gauge steel, this carrier combines strength with a manageable weight of 21 pounds. It features multiple mounting hole locations with square-cut holes intended for carriage bolts, creating a smooth surface for the cans. The product ships as raw steel and requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust, unless the powder-coated option is chosen for enhanced durability and finish.

      Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical skills and involves bolting the carrier onto flat surfaces either on the bottom or back. The widely spaced mounting holes provide versatility, but note that this carrier cannot be mounted to the C4 Summit Hatch Ladder on the 5th Gen 4Runner.

      Application. This carrier is designed for universal fitment with most vehicles, although some adaptation may be necessary depending on the vehicle. Be aware of the specific limitation regarding compatibility with the 5th Gen 4Runner hatch ladder.
