With this BulletProof Hitches Weight Distribution/Sway Control Adapter for BulletProof Hitches, you’ll be able to conveniently attach a weight distribution/sway control head to your BulletProof Hitch. When installed, your hitch will now be able to offer a longer drop, so it will be easier for you to attach a trailer.
Durable Steel Construction. To handle your truck’s hauling and towing operations, BulletProof Hitches made this weight distribution/sway control adapter using high-strength steel. With this durable material, the adapter is able to resist breakage and impacts, allowing it to provide you with long-lasting years of service. Plus, it is applied with a black powder coat finish to enhance its protection against rust.
Trailer and Tongue Weight Capacities. This weight distribution/sway control adapter is designed to be used with BulletProof’s different types of hitches, allowing it to offer varying trailer and tongue weight capacities. When used with a medium duty hitch, this adapter is rated to 14,000 pounds trailer weight and 2,000 pounds tongue weight. When paired with a heavy-duty hitch, it has a trailer weight capacity of 22,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 3,000 pounds. And lastly, when used with extreme duty hitches, it offers a 36,000-pound trailer weight and a 6,000-pound tongue weight.
