Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 1/4" and 3/16” mild steel using precision CNC laser cutting, this truss kit is both lightweight and robust. Its dimpled holes provide added rigidity while reducing weight. Featuring an innovative peaked top design, the truss contours precisely to the differential, ensuring complete end-to-end rigidity.
Installation. The kit requires welding by a competent technician familiar with welding various steel types, including cast and mild steel. Installation is straightforward, involving dropping the reinforced truss into place and performing welds at designated points.
