The Artec Industries 1-Ton APEX Front 2005+ Superduty Axle Swap Kit with RockJock Johnny Joints is engineered to provide exceptional strength and durability to your axle assembly. It is designed to upgrade and protect the front axle by reinforcing critical areas while maintaining proper suspension geometry. This kit ensures reliable performance under demanding off-road conditions and helps maintain vehicle handling.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from CNC laser-cut ¼" and 3/16” mild steel, the truss features a lightweight yet robust design. Its dimpled holes add rigidity while reducing overall weight, and it contours precisely to the cast steel differential using accurate 3D models from Dana Corp and vehicle OEMs. The system’s peaked top design reduces long weld seams and welding warpage, enhancing structural integrity.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring minimal welding compared to previous designs, with the truss simply dropped into place before welding begins. No drilling is necessary, ensuring a faster and cleaner upgrade process for experienced fabricators.
Application. This axle swap kit fits 20-26 Jeep Gladiator JT models and is designed to accommodate factory link, spring, anti-sway bar, and shock locations without modification.
