Description
Better Engine Performance. Further enhance your Jeep Wrangler JL’s high-performance build by replacing its stock cold air intake with the AFE Rapid Induction Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter in Black. Using this upgrade will allow higher amounts of cooler and cleaner air into the engine, yielding to additional 6 horsepower and 6 pound-feet of torque as a result.
Tuning Not Required. This cold air intake system is crafted to work with your vehicle’s existing setup, so no tuning is needed. However, ExtremeTerrain recommends test driving your Jeep to ensure that the system is functioning properly.
High-Quality DRY S Filter. The air filter that’s included in this kit is AFE’s very own DRY S filter. This filter is made out of three layers of oil-free synthetic media, so it can effectively capture fine particles while keeping the airflow cool. Additionally, it doesn’t need to be oiled to be maintained, making it a convenient upgrade.
Heavy-Duty Cold Air Intake. AFE crafted this cold air intake from heavy-duty parts. It features 18-gauge steel, a wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield, as well as a computer-designed roto-molded intake tube. Thanks to these components, you can push your Jeep’s limits even further without the risk of the cold air intake failing you.
Worry-Free Installation. There won’t be any drilling or complicated modifications needed when installing this upgrade. As a result, you can easily bolt it onto place with the provided hardware and basic garage tools. The task can be completed in no more than an hour.
