Construction and Appearance. Constructed from a high-temperature metalized polyimide laminate bonded to a heavy-duty 20-ounce heat-treated glass fiber base, this Heat Screen features a reflective, metallic surface that reflects heat up to 800°F. The base glass can withstand radiant heat exposure up to 1100°F, and the material thickness is 0.031 inches, providing both durability and excellent heat resistance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring either mechanical fastening or the use of high-temperature adhesive. No special tools beyond standard fastening tools are necessary. Note that this product should not be applied directly to exhaust components.

Application. This product is designed for universal fitment and is suitable for various applications, although some adaptation may be needed to fit specific setups.
