Performance Brake Rotor. The DBA 5000 Series XD Cross Drilled Rotor; Front is engineered to improve braking efficiency and heat management for high-performance vehicles. It is designed to provide superior cooling and structural support during everyday driving and spirited street use, though it is not recommended for track environments. This rotor enhances both safety and style through its distinctive cross drilled and dimpled pattern.

Construction and Appearance. This rotor features a two-piece design combining high carbon cast iron rings with aerospace-grade T6061-T6 aluminum hats, reducing unsprung weight and promoting uniform heat expansion. The rotor surface is finished with black paint on non-friction areas to prevent rust and elevate aesthetics. A mix of cross drilled holes and dimpled patterns contributes to structural strength and efficient heat dissipation.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling, as it is a direct replacement part designed to fit the front axle assembly seamlessly. The rotor uses National Aerospace Standards bolts and crimp nuts for secure and reliable mounting.

Warranty. This rotor comes with a 12-month or 20,000 km (12,000 miles) warranty, ensuring quality and durability for the life of the product.
