      Description

      Rear Axle Reinforcement. The Rear Axle Truss is designed to increase the strength and durability of the Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ's rear axle, especially when running larger tires that apply increased leverage. It provides critical reinforcement to the rear axle housing and mounting area to help prevent axle damage in 4 link suspension setups.

      Construction and Appearance. This truss is fabricated from high-quality materials and features weld-in keyways for precise assembly. It is shipped in a bare metal state to allow the installer to fully weld the truss and mounts into place for a solid, permanent installation.

      Installation. Installation requires basic welding skills as the truss is not fully welded upon delivery. The truss first bolts into the factory mounts, then the installer welds the keyways and mounts to the axle tubes, aligning components with laser etched marks for accuracy.

      Application. Designed specifically for 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ models equipped with either Dana 35 or Dana 44A rear axles, this truss enhances axle strength and durability for off-road and lifted vehicle setups.
