      Description

      Premium Exhaust Header. The Banks Power 1-1/2-Inch TorqueTube Exhaust Header is engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow, resulting in increased power and torque. It replaces the factory stock exhaust manifold with a superior system that reduces backpressure and enhances engine efficiency, making it an ideal upgrade for optimizing the performance of your Jeep’s 4.0L engine.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty 409 stainless steel tubing using a mandrel-bent design, this exhaust header features 1/2-inch-thick flanges that are double welded on both sides and precisely machined flat to ensure a perfect seal. The 100% stainless steel construction guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to cracking, while the seamless high-velocity collector promotes smooth and efficient exhaust flow.

      Installation. This torque tube header offers a straightforward bolt-on installation with no drilling required. Depending on your vehicle setup and mechanical experience, installation can take up to six hours.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1999 through 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ models equipped with the 4.0L gas engine. No modifications are necessary for proper fitment during this period.
