      Description

      High Performance Intercooler. The aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is engineered to enhance the performance of turbo diesel engines by improving airflow and reducing intake air temperatures. It replaces the stock intercooler to provide superior cooling efficiency and durability, essential for maintaining engine power and reliability under demanding driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16" TIG-welded aluminum plates, this intercooler features a 3" bar and plate core design with billet aluminum inlet and outlets for increased strength. The unit is fully TIG-welded for exceptional durability and finished with a clean, high-quality metallic appearance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, using factory mounting locations without the need for drilling. The setup requires aFe intercooler tubes (sold separately) to complete the installation.

      Application. Specifically designed for the 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD with the 5.0L V8 turbo diesel Cummins engine. This intercooler is not CARB exempt and is therefore not legal for sale or use in California.
