      Description

      Steering Enhancement Upgrade. The AEV Steering Damper Upgrade improves steering dynamics and handling of Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator vehicles, particularly those equipped with suspension lifts and larger tires. It dampens fine vibrations and movements transmitted through the steering system, providing a more controlled and confident driving experience.

      Construction and Appearance. Developed in collaboration with Bilstein USA, this steering damper features robust engineering suitable for off-road use. It is finished with a dark metallic gray coating that complements the Bilstein 5100 shocks found in certain AEV suspension systems, offering both durability and a refined look.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and can be completed in about 30 minutes without any modifications or drilling.

      Application. This upgrade fits 18-25 Jeep Wrangler JL models, excluding the 2025 2.0L engine variant. It is compatible with vehicles equipped with specific AEV lifts and suspension kits as well as those seeking improved steering performance over the OEM damper.
