Description
Precision Boost Control. The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 External Wastegate, 14 PSI, Black is engineered to regulate and control boost pressure effectively in turbocharged engines. It diverts exhaust gases away from the turbine wheel once the desired boost level is reached, ensuring consistent performance while protecting the engine from over-boost conditions. This wastegate is ideal for street performance applications where reliability, flow capacity, and heat resistance are critical.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Featuring a robust stainless steel cast body combined with an aluminum actuator housing, the unit ensures durability and heat resistance. It includes a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm and a solid stainless steel valve for reliable operation under demanding conditions. The wastegate is finished in a black anodized coating that is both attractive and resistant to fading, maintaining its appearance in high-temperature environments.

Installation is straightforward with V-Band inlet and outlet fittings designed to suit 44/46mm peer flange orientations, allowing easy integration into existing turbo systems. No drilling is required as the wastegate includes all necessary flanges, clamps, and a locking collar tool for secure fitment.
