Description
Next Level Shock Upgrade. The Teraflex Falcon SP2 3.5 aDAPT Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks for 0 to 1.50-Inch Lift are the shock absorber upgrade for your Gladiator offering next-level features to give you superior damping and handling. These shocks utilize a monotube piggyback design featuring specialized SP2 mode adjust technology that delivers soft or performance damping just by twisting the piston rods. This feature, when combined with their electronic adjustment system, gives complete damping control from the convenience of inside your vehicle.
High Tech Damping Control. What sets these front and rear shocks apart from other similar adjustable dampers is their high-tech aDAPT electronic damping technology. This advanced feature consists of a control module that’s controlled via Bluetooth and a downloadable smartphone app or an interior switch. Once installed and activated, this feature lets you choose between soft, firm, and Auto modes, giving you the right damping response for the terrain you’re on. What’s more, this system’s Auto mode instantaneously adjusts damping response from soft to firm. This feature makes this system ideal for Gladiators that needs to drive on different types of terrain in one run.
Tough Build Quality. These front and rear dampers’ shock bodies are precision-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for superior durability and corrosion resistance, as well as efficient heat dissipation. The piston rods for their part measure 0.75 inches in diameter and are machined from chrome-hardened steel, offering maximum strength for any driving situation. Finally, these dampers receive a gray anodized finish, giving them style and corrosion protection.
No Nonsense Install Procedure. These front and rear shocks are designed to mount onto preexisting locations in your vehicle without the need for drilling or welding. However, you may need to cut out a portion of your fender liners to ensure the reservoirs fit properly. Additionally, some wiring work will be needed to connect the aDAPT module to your electrical system.
Comes with a Limited 3-Year Warranty. The Teraflex Falcon series aDAPT front and rear piggyback shocks come with a limited 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
