Description

The Nolathane Front Lower Control Arm Bushing enhances vehicle control by replacing worn trailing arm bushings that cause uneven tyre wear, unbalanced braking, and less predictable front-end handling while cornering. Designed for critical suspension components, it restores handling precision and safety for a smoother driving experience.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from a high-performance polyurethane formulation, this bushing offers excellent elasticity and memory characteristics. The durable material composition is treated with a reinforced No. 2 lithium complex grease containing molybdenum disulphide to provide extreme pressure qualities and mechanical stability, ensuring a long service life.
Installation. Installation of this bushing requires specialist trade skills and takes approximately 2.5 hours. Surfaces must be properly cleaned of rust, scale, paint, and old rubber before installation. The supplied grease must be used to ensure optimum bushing performance. No drilling is required, but a wheel alignment is essential after installation to maintain proper suspension geometry. Shackle and mounting pins must be free of damage and conform to vehicle manufacturer tolerances.
