Crafted from corrosion-resistant 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing and featuring durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds, the converter boasts a spun stainless steel body with a natural stainless finish. Precision laser fusion welding and mandrel-bent tubing replicate OEM design to ensure proper fitment and optimal flow dynamics while enhancing thermal efficiency.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a direct-fit design requiring no cutting, welding, or drilling. No clamps, hangers, gaskets, or mounting hardware are included. This allows professional installers and experienced DIYers to complete the replacement using standard automotive tools.
Warranty. This catalytic converter comes with an emissions warranty along with a limited construction warranty, providing peace of mind on longevity and regulatory compliance.
