Heat Barrier Solution. The Heat Screen 12-Inch x 24-Inch is designed to block radiant heat from engines and exhaust systems, protecting vehicle interiors and components from heat damage. It is commonly used in automotive applications to shield sensitive areas such as floorboards, body panels, and under carpeting from excessive heat exposure.

Construction and Appearance. This product is made from a high-temperature resistant fiberglass material, featuring a reflective aluminized mylar thermal barrier on one side. It measures only 0.060 inches thick and is capable of withstanding direct heat up to 1200°F, combining flexibility with durability for effective heat management.

Installation. Installation is straightforward and can be accomplished without drilling, as it can be secured using adhesive or mechanical fasteners. The material is easily trimmed to the desired size for a custom fit.

Application. Designed for universal applications; some adaptation may be required. It is important to note that this product should not be applied directly to exhaust components to ensure safety and effectiveness.
