      Description

      High-Performance Heat Shielding. The Floor and Tunnel Shield II is a premium thermal barrier solution engineered to reduce heat transfer from engine compartments, exhaust systems, or underbody surfaces. It helps keep interior temperatures cooler and protects sensitive components, making it ideal for both daily drivers and high-performance builds.

      Construction and Appearance. This shield features a 10-mil dimpled aluminum surface for superior heat reflection and a high-temp adhesive backing for secure application. At just 3/16-inch thick, it provides effective insulation without bulk and can be used on painted or unpainted body parts, engine bays, and transmission tunnels. The aluminum face must be oriented toward the heat source for optimal performance.

      Installation. Installation is easy with the peel-and-stick backing, though some trimming or contouring may be necessary depending on application area.

      Application. The Floor and Tunnel Shield II features universal fitment and is suitable for a wide range of vehicles. Some adaptation may be required for custom installations.
