This shield is essential for reducing heat transfer and preserving the integrity of automotive interiors and underbody areas.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a proprietary high temperature black coating on an embossed 10 mil aluminum face, it is bonded to a 1/8” composite glass-fiber core for exceptional heat resistance. The shield’s flexible yet durable black finish is designed to withstand temperatures up to 1750°F, with an adhesive backing that remains effective above 450°F. This combination offers both functionality and a professional, clean look.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with an aggressive peel-and-stick adhesive backing, allowing for easy shaping, trimming, and fitting without the need for drilling or fasteners. The product’s flexibility enables it to conform efficiently to complex shapes such as firewalls and transmission tunnels.
