      Description

      Specs. Omix-ADA's passenger side inner oil seal for the Dana 30s is designed to fit precisely in place of the OE factory seal, and to exceed its performance characteristics. When oil starts to leak out around the oil seal of your classic Cherokee XJ's front Dana 30 axle, it is time to replace the part as soon as possible. Keep your older Wrangler in excellent running order by making use of Omix-ADA's high quality replacement components, like this seal.

      Construction. Omix-ADA manufactures this oil seal out of steel with a rubber inner bushing. The seal prevents the escape of gear oil, thus keeping your transmission and differential from overheating and preventing the oil from gumming up the brake shoes. Removal of the old seal and installation of the new one is moderately difficult and requires 2 to 3 hours to complete. The company provides its standard 5 year limited warranty against defects for this component.

      Application. Fits 1984-1991 Jeep Cherokee XJ models.
