Description

The Artec Industries Front Axle Truss with Currie Johnny Joints is engineered to reinforce the front axle, enhancing its strength and durability to withstand serious off-road abuse. Designed for the Dana 30 high pinion axle, it strengthens both axle tubes, not only the driver side, ensuring comprehensive protection. This upgrade is essential for maintaining axle integrity during demanding driving conditions.
Materials and Build Quality. Manufactured from 1/4" and 10 gauge (.130") mild steel, the truss components are precision CNC cut and bent for a precise fit. The interlocked 10 gauge thick gussets provide maximum strength. The low-profile design allows clearance above the axle and reduces interference with surrounding vehicle components.
Installation. Installation involves welding the precision-cut and formed components. No additional drilling is required, simplifying the assembly process for welders.
Application. This front axle truss is specifically designed to fit 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ models with the Dana 30 high pinion axle. Fitment outside these years or different axles is not indicated.
