The surfaces of these brackets are black powder coating to add further protection.

Installation Requires Garvin System. This mount is made up of 4 inside and 4 outside brackets and hardware. It can all be bolted together, but it does work only with the Garvin bumper systems it was made for. When adding the tools, which aren't included, Garvin requires the shovel be installed on the top bracket while the axe mounts on the bottom.
