Description
Boost Your Car’s Performance Even Further. After all the performance mods such as a cold air intake and exhaust upgrade, push your HEMI even further with this Comp Cams Stage 2 HRT 273/279 Hydraulic Roller Master Camshaft Kit. This kit contains a Stage 2 HRT cam that adds a max of 82 horsepower to your performance numbers. The HRT cam features Comp Cams’ Low Shock Technology that pushes the horsepower while maintaining stability even at higher RPMs.
Retuning Recommended. Get the most out of this performance mod by retuning your ECU. With a larger camshaft and modified valvetrain, your Cherokee needs the new inputs to optimize your ride.
Complete Master Kit. This Hydraulic Roller Master Camshaft Kit will eliminate guesswork when rebuilding the valvetrain around your Stage 2 HRT camshaft. Aside from the camshaft, the kit includes the lifters, pushrods, beehive springs, and the hardware that holds them together.
Installation. Revamping your valvetrain will need advanced mechanical skills, so a visit to the body shop is recommended when thinking of getting this kit installed.
Application. The Comp Cams Stage 2 HRT 273/279 Hydraulic Roller Master Camshaft Kit fits 2009 - 2025 5.7L HEMI, 6.4L HEMI Jeep Grand Jeep Cherokee WK, and WK2 and WL models.
Application Note. Fits variable valve timing (VVT) engines only. Requires custom tuning, disabling of the MDS and phaser limiter or lock.
