This manifold is engineered to improve reliability by minimizing bolt stress and preventing warping or cracking for long-lasting performance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-silicon ductile iron with uniform wall thickness, the manifold resists distortion under extreme heat. It features machined bolt mating surfaces and a separate heat shield mounting location to reduce stress on fasteners, ensuring a precise and rugged fit.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills, with no drilling needed. The manifold bolts directly onto existing exhaust ports, and the estimated installation time is approximately 2 hours and 36 minutes, making it a service-friendly upgrade.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty, offering quality assurance and peace of mind.

      Application. Designed to fit a broad range of vehicles equipped with the 5.7L HEMI engine, including 1500 DS & DT models from 2009-2024, 2500-5500 series from 2009-2018, Dodge Durango (2011-2026), and various Jeep Grand Cherokee and Wagoneer models between 2011 and 2023. The single driver-side manifold is compatible with both DS and DT body styles, while the kit and passenger-side manifold are intended exclusively for DS body style.
